EU Consumer RightsPrint Haven provides photo and art printing services, including file review, paper and size consultation, test print review, and related production services. Any service is subject to confirmation of the submitted files, materials, quantities, and studio capacity, and the studio may decline work that cannot be processed on reasonable terms.
EU CommissionPrices, if provided, are based on print size, paper, and quantity, and any test print is billed separately unless stated otherwise in writing. Payment methods accepted for confirmed orders may include card and bank transfer, and no order is binding until the applicable payment or approval steps are completed.
Any stated production or collection timing is an estimate only and may change if files require correction, materials are unavailable, or studio capacity changes. Local collection and delivery are handled within the service area on the basis confirmed for the order, and no unconfirmed rush or same-day service is promised.

Print Haven does not guarantee exact screen-to-print colour matching, identical results across different materials or batches, or any specific archival or fade-proof performance unless expressly confirmed in writing.
